Costings – marriage celebrant fee
My fee as the celebrant for your wedding is $420. A deposit of $100 is required when the 'Notice of Intended Marriage' form is lodged with me.
This fee covers all that is needed to ensure that your marriage ceremony is a remembered and treasured by you both. The exception will be when travel and accommodation costs are applied when the distance travelled, to and from the venue exceeds 80 kilometers from my home.
The $420 fee includes:

Guidance and assistance with the preparation of all legal documentation.

The preparation of a ceremony that is just the way you want it to be.

Unlimited contact or meetings with me for advice, ideas, recommendations as we prepare for the ceremony. I provide a folder of printed information and have a small library of books for borrowing.

A rehearsal on site, if appropriate, in the last few days before the wedding date.

Officiating at your marriage ceremony and ensuring all legal components are adhered to.

The lodging of legal documents after the marriage has taken place and in the prescribed time.

Preparation of a ‘keep-sake’ booklet of your ceremony.

The use of a high-quality, versatile wireless PA system, including a CD player. This system is battery powered and the sound delivered has clarity and quality.
Travel and accommodation costs
I am prepared to travel distances to your wedding location, however travel costs of 69 cents per kilometre will apply when the distance from my home exceeds 80 kilometres for a return trip.
If it is necessary to stay in the area overnight, accommodation costs will be discussed with you.
Bookings on special and significant days
Celebrant services requested and booked for significant and special days such as Christmas Day and New Years Eve will attract a fee of $600 in total. |
